Revisiting Label Stock Ribbon Manufacturer Client

Binbao machinery company after sales service team revisted the Chinese giant label products manufacturer client who purchased two new self adhesive label stock paper rolls slitter rewinder machine for their two production bases in this year. They are one of the most famous industrial marking label ribbon and sheets manufacturers. There are more than 8 sets hot melt glue coating line,water base glue coating line,release liner processing production lines and so on equipment.

During this time revisting service,our engineers deeply discussed with production manager and operators. They said the slitting rewinding machine performance really make them happy. Due to our stable running speed to 400 meters per minute, their thermal label rolls finishing and converting workshop production capacity will increase 15%. These operators smiled and said that they were easily to know how to run the machine after trainning by Binbao machine engineers.

This time we also visited their brand new under construction thermal paper laminating coating production line. Plant manager told us they plan to purchase our SLD-pro series slitter rewinder machine for diameter more 1200mm jumbo roll converting.
