Paper Roll To Sheets Cutting Machine With Punching Function

This is a set paper roll to sheets cutting machine with punching function. It can cut paper roll to size sheets,and punch holes in the paper at same time. In the industrial production of some paper products and printed matter, we often encounter such a need for punching in the paper sheet.
This machine has three working steps.
1.Unwinding paper roll. Paper rolls unwinding stand adopt air inflating shaft type. Shaft-less type unwinding stand is an option. Magnetic powder brake be used to control unwinding paper web tension. There is a sensor which installed in the unwinding stand. It can automatic detect mother paper roll diameter and pass the signal to machine PLC control system. Machine will automatic adjust the output tension according current paper roll diameter.
2.Punching holes in the paper web. Paper web be feeding into machine and going forward to the cross cutting knife. The punching mold is customized according needed punching shape. In order to improving punching position precision,we add a set web guider system to correct feeding web position.
3.Cross cutting. The cross cutting means machine cut web into sheets. Cutting length can be set in touch screen. Cross cutting knife adopt guillotine knife which up and down reciprocating motion to cut paper. Cutting precision can reach 0.2mm.
