1.What is the difference between SLG series model and your other model slitter rewinder machines?

Answer: The SLG series slitter rewinder machine can stable run more than 800 meters per minute. Because this model has a special structure. There are two drum big diameter rollers in the bottom of main machine. The structure can support big diameter finished rolls. During machine running,two bottom rollers and top pressure roller run with rewinding rolls together. These three rollers can hold rewinding rolls very well.

2.Who is this SLG series model machine suitable for?

Answer: This is really a huge slitter rewinde machine. It require enough strong ground and enough height workshop space. 3.One of bottom rollers is sandblasting roller. All other rollers are steel roller. Why is this?

Answer:During the operation of the machine, the two bottom rollers rotate at different speeds. The friction between the faster roller and the paper roll is more severe. Therefore, we sandblasted the roller with a faster running ratio to make it more wear-resistant. We replaced aluminum rollers with steel rollers. Steel rollers can rotate more stable when machine running with high speed.

4.How many motors does the model slitter rewinder machine have?

Answer: The standard model machine has two motors which drive two bottom rollers. But you also can use another two motors as brakes to control unwinding tension. Motor braking can make tension control more sensitive, thereby increasing the running speed of the machine.
