This SLC series slitting rewinding machine adopt the friction rewinding shafts,which can better to slitting and rewinding laminated film roll material converting,such as BOPP,PVC,PE and so on uneven thickness material. The air friction shafts can separately control rewinding tension.

It is widely used in the printing and packaging,label film industry products. For example,it can slit and rewind after printing bottle water,beverage label jumbo roll into customize width small rolls.In addition, it can also slit paper-plastic composite materials, silicone coated grease proof paper, PE coated paper etc. Making food packaging pouch,medical drugs pouch,plastic film bags,label,sticker paper label and so on.

Feature:
1.The machine body adopt 60mm thickness high quality steel plate.This ensures that the machine avoids shaking when running at high speed, thereby improving the accuracy of paper rolls slitting.
2.The machine has three servo motors, which are used for the transmission of materials and the winding after slitting.
3.SIEMENS PLC,it have an intelligent operating program system with many function,automatic counting meter,automatic stop as setting winding meters,emergence stop and so on.
4.Automatic tension control. The machine can automatically measure the diameter of the mother roll and automatically adjust the output tension.
5.The rewinding shafts adopt the air friction shafts,which can separately control tension in the each position in the shafts.
5.The rewinding rolls be pressed by the nip rollers,which can better to rewind the finished rolls. The finished rolls edge will more flat and neat,more tight.
6.The web guider system automatic detect the web edge and adjust position,which can improve the slitting accuracy.
7.Slitting knife shafts can be take out of machine. Due to make small width rolls,the model slitting machine have many knives. So this type knife shaft can be easily adjust and change knives.
