Q: Rotary cutting?

Not rotary cutting type. We use guillotine knife for cross cutting to get higher cutting precision, ±0.2mm.

 

Q: What’s the speed of cutting?

Our cutting machine normally cut 150times/min, vary to the material it cut.

 

Q: What’s the production capacity?

Our cutting machines can be 1-4 rolls feeding, its capacity is about 1.5ream/min to 6reams/min for your reference please.

For SCN model, when it count to the quantity set in system, it will give alarms and stop.Then need someone to take away the sheets and restart the machine. This will affect its production capacity.

Q: How many bags could be made

per ton paper?

It’s about 450bags for 70g paper, 400bags for 80g paper.

Yes, we have CE certificate for our machines.

 

 

Q: If automatic reams wrapping machine is acceptable to the sheets cutting machine ?

The automatic reams wrapping machine is acceptable for SCA4 model machine.

It can send the sheets reams directly into the automatic wrapping machine with the conveyor.

Q: How about the installation?

For our machine is delivered as wholly assembled, you can install the machine by yourselves according to the installation instructions and videos we offer. If there’s any question, our engineer is willing to offer help.

Also you can demand our engineer to install the machine at your factory. You should pay for the round air tickets and the accommodation, meals and also salary for seller’s engineer.

Our machine is very easy to operate. We will offer the manual and video to teach you. And welcome to visit our factory to learn more details by yourself. We also share operating videos in our YouTube Channel.

 

Q: If the knives can be adjust to cut other sizes f sheets I want?

The knives can be adjusted, but this model machine is designed only for A4 A3 size, the collector can only collect and convey the sheets in those two sizes.

If you want to cut sheets in many different sizes, we will recommend other machines according to your needs.

 

Q: If the machine can be added rolls in the future?

No, for those machines with different number of rolls, not only their structures are different, but also their control system.
