Binbao Machinery shows new designed SLD-pro model slitter rewinder machine.

This model machine is used to convert wide roll into various size rolls, such as self adhesive label paper roll, release liner paper and so on roll shape web material in the label industry.

It can greatly improve production efficiency. Stable running speed can up to 600 meters per minute. Maximum rewinder diameter is 1200mm. In addition, its design is more subtle. Firstly, the contract roller is the most important part in the machine. The roller is controlled by a hydraulic system and always output constant pressure to the rewinding rolls. Self adhesive label is a pressure sensitive material, so the system can perfectly protect the material under high speed running. The contact displacement sensor continuously detects the position change between the contract roller and rewinding rolls. Hydraulic cylinder will adjust outputting pressure level according the sensor signal. This sensitive system works continuously while the machine is running, but you can barely see this process with your eyes. Secondly, though the material route is simple, it is the best one for the pressure sensitive. Mechanical structure should service the special material. Too many transport rollers and complex route will make big wrapping angle which is bad situation for pressure sensitive material. Thirdly, our friction shaft won’t get hot after running long time. Fourthly, what it uses is full automatic slitting knives positioning system. You just need input your slitting width in the touch screen, slitting knives will be moved to correct position by the robot. Fifthly, you just need click one button to unloading finished rolls. Friction shaft will automatically go down and put finished paper rolls on the top of trolleys. And trolley will automatically push finished rolls to the side of machine. Last but not least, motors are Germany Siemens. Inverters are Japanese Yaskawa. Unwinder pneumatic brake is Italian brand RE.
